- Most of the rugs that Redeemed Rugs sells are vintage and one of a kind. Each handknotted rug is unique with its own special character, which may include faded colors, signs of wear, and slightly irregular measurements. These “imperfections” are actually part of their vintage nature and contribute to each rug’s own special beauty. No one will have a rug just like you!
- The photographs of our rugs are taken outdoors in natural light or in well-lit rooms to showcase their true colors. We strive to represent the rugs as accurately as possible, but please note that rugs may appear darker at night or in rooms that do not have much natural light. If you plan to use your rug in a dimly lit room, please feel free to request additional photos taken in similar lighting before purchasing. Colors may also vary slightly between what you view on your screen and what they look like in person.
- If your rug needs to be spot-cleaned, please use warm soapy water, but we do not recommend using any chemical cleaners.
- We are currently only able to ship to the United States. We offer free shipping on all orders to the continental U.S. All orders will be shipped within 5 business days unless otherwise noted.
- We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
